Graduation 2018:  Thank you seniors and families for a wonderful graduation ceremony.  It was just a little crazy graduating on the last day of school as it was a quick turn-around.  However, when I was driving home that evening, there was one word in my head that reflected my perception of the ceremony...joy.  It was such a joy to be part of that special event and I saw genuine joy on faces. I will forever remember! The link to the graduation video provided by WCPSS:  https://livestream.com/accounts/7023962/WCPSSGraduations2018/videos/176048548

Exam Volunteers:  THANK YOU to all who helped.  You made such a great and positive impact on our testing run this semester.  Earnestly, I have no idea how we would have made it through the early graduation without your help in that crucial time.

Special Thank you to PTSA:  I want to thank everyone who contributed to the PTSA, whether by being on the board or making contributions, etc.  You all did such a great job to come together for our students. THANK YOU!

Grades and Exam Scores:  We have not yet gotten the exam grades for some of our English classes.  As soon as we get the scores and can calculate the final grades, we will print and mail report cards.  They all need to be printed and sent out together. We are crossing fingers for the first of the week.

WTCC Summer Camps:  They offer summer camps with limited seats.  Topics include Drones, 3D Animation, Robotics, Photography, STEM and Video Game Design.

Summer School Applications:  They have been posted on our website under Students.  These are due June 22nd. We are anxious to begin planning for summer school.  Of course, we need grades to help us make decisions.

Senior Portraits:  Remember that we will have portraits/packages taken on site the week of July 30th.  There will be two different sitting fee types which will be explained in the letter: either $15 or $25.  When the students are here, they will take some combination of the tux/drape, cap and gown, indoor informal or outdoor informal.  The letter will explain more.

There will be tux/drape makeups during the school year for seniors, but that will be the only pose.  If that week at the end of July into August will not work, Strawbridge will open up slots at other schools.  It is important to make a plan so as not to find out that no slot is available. Contact Surojini Winterton at Swinterton@strawbridge.net to reschedule your appointment.
