  • Caterpillar Pre-Apprenticeship Opportunity

    • CAT will hold a live virtual presentation and Q&A session from 6 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22nd.  Students and their parents/guardians must RSVP at https://tinyurl.com/CATRSVP to receive the calendar invitation 
    • The job posting will be open by Monday September 14, and the deadline to apply will be October 2, 2020.  Students can apply at www.caterpillar.com/careers and search by Clayton, NC to find the Pre-Apprentice posting.
    • Students must also enroll in the Career and College Promise (CCP) Program and complete the JCC application at www.johnstoncc.edu/programs/career-and-college-promise/ . They should click on “Apply to CCP” and follow the steps as outlined. The deadline is also October 2, 2020.
    • Interviews will be scheduled in October, and job offers made in early November.

  • New Dates for Senior Pictures Makeups!

    The dates for makeups for Senior Pictures have been rescheduled to November 5th and November 6th at the school. This is to avoid the Veterans Day holiday. In the next few weeks, we will provide a flyer with specific Picture Day ID and appointment information. All seniors are encouraged to take senior pictures which will be used in the yearbook as well as for other slideshows and publications as needed later in the year.

  • Obtaining Your WakeID (New Students) 

    The WCPSS Student and Parent Guides to Technology provides information on how to login to the Wake ID Portal to access PowerSchool and student email, how to set up and use Chromebooks and Internet hotspots, how to connect to WiFi, how to use learning systems such as Google Classroom and Canvas, and much more.

  • Pay Class Dues!
    Every year there is a due of $20.00 for each grade level. The dues will cover class expenses for high school activities and PROM.
