Time To Update Bus Information for 2018-2019:  WCPSS Transportation is preparing for the 2018-19 school year. Families with children that are transportation eligible, who are currently riding the bus, and attending the same school next year don’t need to take any action. However, if you are eligible for district transportation and need to add or update bus service for next year, you must apply before June 11 to ensure service on the first day of school. Any changes or updates made after June 11 will be addressed in the order they are recieved. Basic bus service serves transportation eligible students at their home address. Requests for Dual Stops, Alternate Stops (Before or After-School Care), or Ineligible Students will not be accepted until August 7, and can not be guaranteed. More information and changes can be made here: Bus Service Needs for 2018-2019.

Homebase/Powerschool Parent Portal:  Timber Drive Parents, we are excited to announce that student transportation information can now be found in one single location, Home Base, also known as Powerschool. In order to provide the highest level of customer service to our families we are asking those of you who do not yet have a Powerschool account to stop by the school office to complete the necessary form. You can find more information at www.wcpss.net/student-information.

Once you have a Powerschool account, look for the transportation tab to see your student’s transportation status and type. If your student is a bus rider, stop and route information is also provided.
