Forestville Road ES will hold Open House and Kindergarten Registration for the 2018-19 school year, on Thursday January 18th, from 10am -12pm. Please bring the following documentation with you to register:
If you are able to bring the completed registration packet with you it will save time, registraion packet can be found here.
Tours will be offered at this tme. If you are unable to attend the Open House please contact the Data Manager at (919)266-8487, to setup an appointment to register.

Parents you can help support student activities here at FRES when you shop at Harris Teeter. Through their Together in Education program we will earn money when you purchase HT brand products. Just link your VIC card to Forestville Road ES, our school code is #6061. You can visit your local Harris Teeter store and ask a cashier to link your card to our school TIE code, or you can visit www.HarrisTeeter.com and link your card online. There is no limit to how much our school can earn, so please encourage all your friends and family to support FRES by linking their VIC cards to our school also. REMEMBER you must link your card every year, so even if you've done it in the past, take a minute to re-link your card so we continue to earn cash for student activites here at FRES.
FREE AND REDUCED-PRICE MEALS
We want to make sure all qualified families are enrolled for free and reduced-price meals. The application for meal benefits must be completed annually. If your family qualifies and you have not completed an application for the 2017-2018 school year, we ask that you complete an application now.
For families who qualified for the 2016-17 school year, we have continued to provide school lunches for students this school year. On October 7th any student without an approved application for 2017-18 will be expected to pay full price for breakfast and lunch.
Application forms are available at all school sites. You can get information on the Meal Benefits Program online at http://www.wcpss.net/Page/1849 or talk with your school. You can reapply at any time throughout the school year.
