Off-Campus Lunch Pass Information
Off-Campus Lunch Pass applications are OPEN and will remain open through the school year.
Open all school year to 11th and 12th grade students only.
Application Essentials

All student fees and class dues must be fully paid before applying.

Application fee: $10 (paid online via SchoolCash Online).

Proof of payment—receipt showing the pass fee—is required to be uploaded with the completed application form.

Stay Informed

Students must check their WCPSS student email regularly for updates regarding missing photos, application errors, or missing information on the application. (Lunch passes will not be issued if items are missing from your application)
Off‑Campus Lunch Rules

Paying the fee does not grant permission to leave campus.

You must submit the completed application, upload the form and payment receipt, receive official approval, and be issued a valid lunch pass before being allowed off‑campus for lunch.

Students must have their Off-Campus Lunch ID available to show to administration when reentering the school building at all times.

Students with an early‑release pass do not need to apply.
Distribution Process

Once processed, Off‑Campus Lunch Passes will be handed out during 2nd‑period class.
