Support for Educators
-
Teaching remains one of the most highly regarded professional callings that a person can ever answer. We believe in providing all the support we possibly can to our current teachers as well as those who are considering teaching as a profession. This support includes:
-
National Board Certification
We support all educators who are pursuing and renewing their National Board Certification through information sessions, Saturday Support Days, coaching, and more. See our National Board Certification site for more information.
Beginner to Board-Certified
This Beginner to Board-Certified program helps third-year teachers prepare to earn National Board Certification starting in the fourth year of their careers. See our Beginner to Board Certified site for more information.
-
Beginning Teacher Support
The Beginning Teacher Support program serves teachers in the first three years of their careers. Program components include school-based mentors, monthly support meetings, two day-long professional learning events and networking opportunities. See our Beginning Teacher Support site for more information.
Future Teachers
Future Teachers is an exciting and innovative program that identifies high school seniors who meet specific criteria and have been accepted to a college or university to study teaching. We commit to hiring participants when they complete their licensure requirements. See our Future Teachers site for more information.
