Dave Burnett has managed school system facilities, planning, design, and construction departments for over twenty-five years and has additional experience in managing school maintenance, custodial and warehouse departments. He has developed and/or overseen over 50 new schools plus hundreds of other major capital improvement projects. Dave comes to us from Union County Public Schools where he worked for 11 years and guided them through periods of tremendous growth. President of the CEFP-NC chapter in 2004 and recognized as the chapter 2015 NC Planner of the Year, Dave has sought to provide school facilities that are forward thinking, cost effective for the long-term, and a facility a community can be proud of.
