Board of Education elects Chair and Vice-Chair

At the Dec. 3 Board of Education meeting, the Board re-elected Chris Heagarty, who serves District 7, for a one-year term as Board Chair. Mr. Heagarty first assumed the role last December. This will be his second consectutive term. 

Tyler Swanson, who serves District 9, was elected Vice-Chair following Monika Johnson-Hostler who has served as Vice-Chair since January of this year. Mr. Swanson will serve a one-year term as Vice-Chair, and may serve a maximum of two consecutive one-year terms.
