We're kicking off Farm-to-School Month by highlighting some of our CNS Heroes! Our first spotlight is Lisa Anderson, CNS manager at Broughton Magnet High. She has been with Child Nutrition Services for 16 years! Anderson's favorite part of her role is serving students and ensuring they receive a great meal. Her typical day starts at 5:45 a.m. preparing for breakfast, overseeing daily tasks, backing serving lines, and making sure they have everything to have a successful day. For fun, she loves spending time with her grandchildren (5 "Grammie's Girls"), family, and working out!
"Lisa Anderson is a member of our Broughton Family. We all lovingly know her as Ms. Lisa," said Broughton Magnet High Principal Janiece Dilts. "She gives the best hugs, takes amazing care of our students, and always has a smile on her face. She's an absolute gem to have on our team. We would be lost without her."
