WCPSS comes together to support Hurricane Helene relief efforts

Communities throughout Western North Carolina have been severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. Affected families and school staff will need support as they deal with the aftermath of the storm in the coming days and weeks. We invite you to support these communities by taking part in relief efforts happening at schools throughout WCPSS. This is an active list and will be updated as more schools organize events.

The North Carolina Association of School Administrators has compiled a list of resources to assist anyone affected by Hurricane Helene or looking to aid relief efforts. The list includes options for financial donations and volunteer opportunities.

Please support our students' efforts in community action for our friends in Western North Carolina after Hurricane Helene.
