I am so excited to be a part of the Centennial Campus Magnet Middle School community and serve as an Assistant Principal. I was born and raised in Arizona and completed my undergraduate at Northern Arizona University. After college, I spent a few years working in the private sector before going back to school for elementary education.

Over the past 22 years in public education, I have had the opportunity to teach at various grade levels and serve as a Math Coach, Intervention Coordinator, and Instructional Facilitator. In 2006 I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and in 2018 I completed my Add-On Administration Licensure at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.  

Before joining the Centennial family, I served as a Title I Coordinating Teacher for Wake County Public Schools. Each role has provided me with multiple perspectives on how to serve students, staff, and families best. I am passionate about supporting and growing teachers to ensure all students meet their full potential through engaging and rigorous instruction.  I am also dedicated to building strong partnerships with all stakeholders to increase student achievement.
