  • Our average daily enrollment for the 2016-2017 school year was 159,549 students. Enrollment for 2017-2018 is reported in the fall. We are the largest school system in the state and the 15th largest in the nation coming into the current school year. Our student population has almost tripled since 1980 and more than 9,000 additional children are expected in our classrooms by 2020.
