Mr. Dominique Manson is a proud North Carolina A&T State University graduate. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and Fitness Management, a Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education, and he also obtained a Master’s in School Administration from North Carolina State University. 

Mr. Manson brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership, having served as a Principal Resident and Assistant Principal in Johnston County. His leadership journey has also included roles as an Assistant Principal at Edgecombe County. Beyond his administrative roles, Mr. Manson coached football, basketball, and track. He has been deeply involved in student support as an interventionist, mentoring and guiding “at-risk” students to success. Mr. Manson is passionate about equity and providing a quality education for all students.
