Select Bulldog students in Visual Arts, Textiles, and Apparel classes recently had the opportunity to participate in the first collaboration with NC State's Art2Wear event. This event has been only for NC State Design students for the last 20 years, and this is the first year that a high school was invited to participate.

 

SRMHS was the chosen school, and the students listed below participated. They worked for several months to create imaginative artistic accessories following this year's theme of "Kinetic."

Our students' work was put on display at NCSU's Campus outside of Stewart Theater for viewing by attendees of the Art2Wear ticketed event, which showcased the designs of NC State Students. 

 

Our students were also mentioned as collaborators in the showcase on CBS 17 News.
