  1. Students experiencing issues with school-issued Chromebooks should visit this Media Center page for do-it-yourself solutions.

  2. Students who are having other technical difficulties should first be directed to our Media Coordinators, Mary Naber (mnaber@wcpss.net) and Christene Bellopatrick (cbellopatrick@wcpss.net).

  3. If technical issues persist, or to troubleshoot a school-issued Hot Spot, students may call the District Help Desk at (919) 694-8100 Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 8 PM.
