Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Phoebe Crumpton

I am originally from Florida, but lived in a couple of other places before settling in Raleigh, North Carolina. After growing up in Pensacola, Florida, my husband I moved to Ames, Iowa, where we both finished our education at Iowa State University. I finished my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my husband became a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. I spent some time in the Ames School District as an Educational Assistant after graduating from ISU. We lived in Iowa for about 8 years before making the long 18-hour move with our pug, Jack, French bulldog, Neal, and cat, Mr. Darcy to Niskayuna, New York (Albany area). While living there, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Niskayuna School District. After 5 years in New York, we relocated to the wonderful city of Raleigh. We love the area and all the things Raleigh has to offer. Especially the hockey games! Go Canes!

Why I love our magnet theme...

I love that our magnet theme has the environment built directly into the curriculum, giving students daily opportunities to explore, connect with, and care for the world around them.
