I’m thankful to my parents, who worked so hard to help me all along the way. And I’m thankful to North Wake College and Career Academy. Higher Education: Spelman College (full scholarship worth $178,240)

Taylor says: “When I started taking classes at St. Augustine’s, I felt like WYWLA over-prepared us. My high school classes were harder than my college classes. In addition to being able to earn college credits and scholarships, I was a social media marketing intern at a local art studio and participated in mentorship programs at Cisco and at a local non-profit that conducts clinical trials.”
Mom Kenya Moore-Kerr says: “I am so, so grateful for WYWLA. The small class sizes were phenomenal. She had the opportunity for internships in high school and middle school.
