My name is Ashley Holloman and I am from the small town of Clinton, NC. My family and I moved to Clayton in 2021, and we are enjoying exploring the communities & fun around us! I graduated from East Carolina University in 2015 with my degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in reading. I have taught 3rd grade for 2 years and I am going into my 7^th year of teaching Kindergarten! I love incorporating hands-on activities and centers into my classroom while focusing on creating an atmosphere that teaches respect, inclusion and growth mindset. 

Outside the classroom, you can find me at a ball field with my son or dance class with my daughter or enjoying family time at home. I like to ride my bike along bike trails, listen to live music, have a good cup of coffee, travel to new places, try new foods and search out the local spots, visit vintage or second-hand furniture stores and browse the aisles of Target :)
