Hello Buccaneers!

 

My name is Shameka Wilson and I enjoy being here at Bryan Road Elementary School! I work with Mrs. Ashbaugh in Pre-K as her Instructional Assistant. 

 

I graduated from Wake Tech two years ago, and I just completed the CDA Certification in April 2024! I am continuing my education in Early Childhood Education to have the knowledge and skills to work effectively with young children.

 

I have been with my husband Dameon for 22 years! We have two daughters, Deja (24) and Erin (9).

 

Working in the Pre-K classroom is exciting! I love teaching and caring for young children.

 

It feels good to know that I am doing something that I love. I'm so grateful to be a part of the Bryan Road Family, and I am looking forward to being here for many years to come!
