Percentage of students who are good collaborators

  • Collaboration - the ability to work well with others to accomplish a goal - is one of the “4C” skills highlighted in the district’s Strategic Plan that students need to develop in order to be successful both inside and outside of school. In terms of success in the workplace, surveys of employers often point to the 4C skills of communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity as being the most important skills to have and the skills that are most commonly lacking among typical job seekers. The data below show the percentage of teachers who say that the students whom they teach “can work effectively in pairs and groups”.
