Principal's Message for 4/20/25
Greetings Stough Families!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! It was truly wonderful to see so many of you on campus last Thursday for our Student-Led Conferences. Thank you for making the time to attend and support your child’s learning journey. There’s something so special about seeing students excited to share their learning, and even those who walked into the conference a little nervous left beaming with pride after sharing their accomplishments and goals with you.
For those who have participated in past student-led conferences, it was especially powerful to hear how excited you were to witness your child’s growth and increasing confidence year after year. I am so proud of our students, and I know you are too! These moments are a true reflection of the hard work and partnership between our students, staff, and families.
We also have some very exciting news to share: our very own Mr. Eric Liu, 3rd Grade Mandarin Immersion teacher, has been named a Participate Learning Teacher of the Year finalist! We are Stough proud and are cheering him on as he continues to represent the excellence, dedication, and heart that define our community. Congratulations, Mr. Liu!
As we move into another busy and exciting week at Stough, we have much to celebrate. Please take a moment to review the celebrations, updates and reminders below for additional details about what’s happening in the Stough community this week.
