    FAMILY PANORAMA SURVEY

The time has come for families of Wake County students to complete the Wake County NC Family Survey.  The goal of the survey is to use the data to support school sites in creating and strengthening partnerships with families and to strengthen family engagement to support strong student academic and social outcomes for students.  The survey is 21 questions and should only take 5 minutes to complete.  The survey will cover the following topics: Barriers to Engagement, Family Engagement, School Climate, and Background Questions. The survey will close on May 17th.  All responses are anonymous.  Please follow the following instructions to access the survey:

    • Families will access an anonymous survey by going to: surveys.panoramaed.com/wakecounty/family
    • Once there, families will select their school from a searchable drop-down menu
    • After families answer all their questions, they need to make sure to hit the blue submit button.
    • Families must complete individual surveys in a single sitting. Surveys do not auto-save.
    • Once the submit button is clicked, respondents will see a thank you screen to confirm their completion.

If you have any questions, please jrisso@wcpss.net.

    STUDENT SURVEY OPT OUT

In the spring, students in grades 5-13 will be asked to complete the annual WCPSS Student Engagement Survey. Your child will be given an opportunity to complete this survey during the school day. The survey includes questions about teacher-student relationships, relevance of schoolwork, and future aspirations and goals. The results of this survey help schools monitor their School Improvement Plans and help the district track student perceptions about their educational experiences. You can click here to review the questions included on this survey and click here to review results of the survey from previous years. If you would prefer your child not complete the survey, please fill out this form by Friday, April 26th.  If you have any questions, please email jrisso@wcpss.net.
