Seniors should report any scholarships they were offered, even the ones that they are not accepting! Grants and/or loans should not be reported. Only report academic, athletic, band, business, church, community, fine arts and military scholarships. You will also need to upload the documentation that provides proof of receiving the scholarship. It can be a letter from the University or an email. If you received 4 scholarships, for example, you should submit this form 4 times! DUE MAY 13th.
