Ms. Ashia Forman
Hi Aversboro Owls! This is my first year teaching in Wake County. I taught Special Education for 3 years in Charlotte, which is my hometown. I graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Education and a Masters in Special Education. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, making things with my cricut, and spending time with my dog Charlie. I am so excited for this school year!

Mrs. Taina Cook
My name is Mrs. Taina Cook, and I am so happy to join Aversboro!I have a Masters degree in Education with several areas of K-12 certification and experience. I began teaching in public schools in 2013, and, prior to that, I served as an instructional assistant for 5 years. I am a lifelong learner, and I look forward to helping your student to become one as well!
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband David as we explore our new home here in Garner and the surrounding areas. I also enjoy spending time with our grown-up children who are all working and/or going to school out of state. I love reading, writing, and traveling (especially to the beach).
