Mrs. Amy Lindstrom
Greetings, families! I joined the Aversboro family when I began teaching first grade here in 2001. I have worn many hats at AES over the years, but I currently serve as a fifth grade teacher and the Mentor Coordinator.
I studied Elementary Education at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. The Wittenberg motto is “Having Light We Pass It On To Others.” This is really what I feel like I do every day in my classroom. I love teaching because of the amazing transformation that students make academically as they grab their light and make it shine!
I am married to my wonderful husband, Mathias, and we have two lovely daughters, Josephine and Madeleine.

Ms. Nicole Morris
Hello Aversboro families! My name is Nicole Morris, and I am very excited to join Aversboro Elementary as a First grade teacher! I have been teaching for 22 years. I attended Saint Augustine's University and The University of North Carolina Greensboro. I first began my teaching journey in the NCPK classroom, moved on to teaching Kindergarten, and this is my seventh year teaching First Grade! Outside of teaching I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. I have a passion for adopting rescue dogs. I have three of them now. I needed one more dog when our son left for college. I love lifting weights, and attending spin class in my free time! I am looking forward to meeting all of the Aversboro Families, and watching my Aversboro Owls grow!
