Transcript Request
Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian, or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age.
If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.
Current Students
In-State Transcript Requests
- Create your CFNC account and keep track of your login information
- Log into your www.CFNC.org account
- APPLY
- Apply to College
- Application Hub
- Request a Transcript
- Complete the form making sure to include your Student ID #
- If you receive an error, you must edit your MyCFNC profile to include your full name as it appears on your WCPSS records, your student ID, and link your profile to EWHS
Transcripts for schools on Common Application
Your Counselors will upload your student transcript once counselor information (name and email) is assigned to the student application by the student.

Out-of-state Transcript Requests

NCAA Transcript Requests

- Follow the directions
- The first three requests are free.
- After the third request, there is a $5.00 charge.
To send high school transcripts to out-of-state colleges, scholarship committees, etc., use the Wake County Schools online request form at: www.WCPSS.net/transcripts.
