Ms. Tashyra Fowler, Teacher
Ms. Fowler is a 5th grade teacher at Green Leadership and World Languages Magnet Elementary. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from North Carolina A&T State University. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating a classroom where all students feel valued, challenged, and supported. Inspired by the teachers who believed in her growing up, she is committed to being a steady and encouraging presence for her students. Ms. Fowler believes in the power of growth, reflection, and culturally responsive teaching. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, buying new shoes, and listening to music.

Ms. Kelsie McGee, Teacher
Ms. McGee is a 5th grade teacher at Green Leadership and World Languages Magnet School. She holds a degree in psychology and elementary education from the University of Redlands, as well as a master’s in guidance and counseling from California State University, San Bernardino. With over a decade of experience teaching 5th grade in California, she brings a passion for helping students recognize and reach their full potential. Ms. McGee believes that every student has the ability to lead their own learning journey and strives to support them in discovering their unique strengths. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, staying active at the gym, and spending time with her two cats, Moo and Oliver.

Mrs. Alexis Roberson-Autry, Teacher
Mrs. Roberson-Autry is a 5th grade teacher at Green Magnet Elementary . She is originally from Tifton, Georgia. She has earned an Associates and Bachelors of Art in Psychology from Georgia State and Saint Augustine's University. She is passionate about building relationships and seeing the growth in the students. Mrs. Roberson-Autry has wanted to become a teacher since being in the teacher cadet program in high school. Outside of school, she enjoys going home to Georgia to visit family, reading, traveling, and listening to music.

Ms. Mitsie Spencer, Teacher
Mitsie Spencer is a 5th grade teacher at Green Elementary, where she is dedicated to creating engaging and supportive learning experiences for her students. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and has been teaching since 2006. Before joining Green, she taught in Jamaica, serving as a supervisor for grades 1–3 teachers, a Teacher Representative on the Board of Education, a Senior Teacher, and the School’s Culture Agent. Her passion for education is grounded in helping students reach their fullest potential while fostering a love for learning. She believes strongly in the quote, “a man is not finished when he is defeated, he is finished when he quits,” which guides her both professionally and personally. Mitsie loves cooking a variety of meals for family and friends and enjoys the comfort of spending time with her loved ones.
