Curriculum Fair Jan 26th 6:00-8:00We will be hosting our Curriculum Fair on January 26 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM. This in-person event will provide families and students with the opportunity to learn more about our academic and elective programs for the 2023-2024 school year. We look forward to welcoming both our current students and families as well as our rising 9th graders and their families. Please visit our website for more information. 

 

Exams and EOC Check Out information

We are not able to allow parents to check students out during any exam or testing session during our testing days on 1/18-1/25. This aligns with testing policy, and we cannot make exceptions. This includes teacher-made exams and state end-of-course tests. Our exam schedule can be found on our website. Please ensure that students will not need to leave on testing days for appointments, etc. 

 

Dismissal on 1/20-1/26 

We will be dismissing at 12:18 PM on the testing days from1/20-1/26. Students who have EOC tests on these days may leave school following the conclusion of the testing session if the parent can arrange transportation. Buses will depart at 12:18 PM. Students no longer need to complete the EOC Permission to Leave Form. 

 

ACT in March

Juniors will be participating in ACT test administration on March 8th, 2023.  Students will be testing online.  If a student wishes to use a handheld calculator during the administration, they will need to bring their own ACT approved calculator. Testing will begin at 7:30 am.  No registration is needed. 

 

Unexcused Absences

If your child has more then 10 unexcused absences in any class they will have to make up time to get credit for the course. Please check PowerSchools to stay abreast of your child unexcused absences. An excused absence is coded as 2A in PowerSchools.
