    Student Schedules
Student schedules are now available in Infinite Campus. All students will also receive a hard copy in their first-period class. WHS administrators and support staff will be stationed in the commons to assist any student who does not have access to their schedule.

    Schedule Changes
Student Services is currently accepting schedule change requests. The window for changes closes at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27. Requests will be considered for the following reasons:

    • The student has already taken and passed the course.

    • A graduation requirement is missing.

    • The student is seeking an increase in rigor.

    • Academic load needs to be balanced across semesters.

    • The schedule is incomplete.

    • The student previously failed the course with the same teacher.

Please note that some requests may be denied due to administrative reasons (e.g., class size). All schedule change requests must be submitted through the Google Form linked on the WHS homepage.

    Student Schedules

(My concern is nobody knows how to get into IC and then this announcement is going to flood our phones and emails. If we could also put that information in the announcement as to how to access IC)--Sent an email to Colon and Deaton asking one of them to post Canva document to the Alert section of our website.

As we approach the end of the school year, I want to share important information regarding our final exam schedule and upcoming student support opportunities.

Final exams will be held from Thursday, June 5 through Friday, June 13.

    • Teacher-made exams will take place on June 5–6.

    • End-of-Course (EOC) and Career and Technical Education (CTE) exams will be administered from June 9–13.

The complete exam schedule is available on the Wakefield High School homepage.

    Please note the following:

    • Students will not be dismissed early from any exam.

    • We kindly ask that families reschedule any appointments that may conflict with testing times.

    • If your student is absent on an exam day, they should contact their teacher directly to arrange a makeup date.

We are also offering EOC Review Sessions on Saturday, June 7, with support for Math 1, Math 3, Biology, and English II. These sessions are highly encouraged for students currently in an EOC course or for those who took the EOC in the fall and did not earn a Level 3.

In addition, Saturday Academy will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM that day, providing students with the opportunity to:

    • Make up time from excessive unexcused absences

    • Receive help with academic work

    • Access school resources in a focused, supportive environment

Doors open at 8:45 AM for early sign-in. Students should report to the main lobby for check-in. Please bring a device, charger, and calculator if needed.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Ms. Acrey at hacrey@wcpss.net.

Thank you for your continued partnership as we close out the year strong.
