Please complete this form by August 19, 2025 to receive your carpool number and tags at our Meet the Teacher Event.

• There will be two tags issued per family.
• Returning students will keep the same number as last year except for rising 1st graders.
• Carpool tags will not be provided to students who are assigned to a PM bus method of transportation.
• All new carpool tags will be issued for the 24-25 school year. Please dispose of any previous year tags.

If you miss the August 22 deadline, your child's carpool tag will go home with them on the first day of school.
