I am Jessica Armstrong, a second grade teacher! I have been at Sanford Creek since 2013 and have been teaching since 2004. In that time, I have taught a variety of subjects and grades from preschool through adults.  
Originally, my husband and I are from the beautiful Hudson Valley, New York. We moved to Raleigh in 2011. We have two sons, Alex, who is ten, and Declan, who is eight. Both of our children attend Sanford Creek.  A few years ago, we rescued our dog Lola from Saving Grace. We enjoy playing fetch and watching her whip around our backyard! My family and I are often outside, whether it is hiking, kayaking, swimming or gardening. I LOVE to read, and I am learning to quilt.
