- Families will understand what "Math Talk" is all about.
- Families will understand how to use the problem solving strategy, RIDD, (Read, Imagine, Decide, Do)

"How to Coach (not resuce) When Reading" - Presentation (1st Grade)
- Families will learn how to use reading strategies at home when reading with their children.

"Digital Supports: Pebble Go and Google Classroom at Home" - Presentation (K, 1st, 2nd Grades)
- Parents will become familiar with the digital resource Pebble Go, how to log-in, and its features.
- Parents will learn how to access and log in to their child's Google Classroom Account.
"Using Big Universe and Google Classroom at Home" - Presentation (3rd, 4th, 5th Grades)
- Parents will learn about the online library Big Universe available to students, how to log-in and additional features including book making tools.
- Parents will learn how to access and log in to their child's Google Classroom Account.
"Managing Childhood Stress" - Presentation
- Families will be given information on how the brain handles stress. They will walk away with a useful tool (calm down jar) to use at home. (All Grades)
"Growth Mindset Keeps Us Afloat" - Presentation (1st Grade)
- Families will understand what Growth Mindset is and be given book suggestions and phrases to use at home.

"Social and Emotional Needs of the Gifted Learner" - Presentation (3rd, 4th, 5th Grades)
- Families will learn what a Socratic Seminar is and will participate in a discussion around an article about the unique needs of gifted learners

"Preparing for Middle School" - Presentation (5th Grade)
- Families will learn about timelines and applying for middle school.
- Families will learn how students will "sign up" for electives / classes in specific middle schools.
- Families will learn strategies for supporting their child throughout the transition to middle school.
