About: I love being part of the WashinGTon community! I was a North Carolina Teaching Fellow at East Carolina University where I received my degree in Elementary Education, with a concentration in Child Development. When I'm not at school, I love to cheer on the Carolina Hurricanes, read, and explore all the exciting things Raleigh has to offer. I spent many wonderful years teaching 2nd grade in Wake County, and I am very excited to learn and grow with your students as Washington's Instructional Facilitator/Literacy Coach!
