    Classroom Placement Parent Input Form for 2019-2020

    Parents that wish to give input on homeroom placement for their student for 2019-2020 may complete the form and return it to the office.  The last day to provide input for grades 1-5 is May 31, and August 26, 2019 for entering Kindergarten students.
