Starting a New Club

  • In order to begin a new club at Wakefield HS, you must find an advisor and read carefully the information in the club guidelines and application document linked to the right. 
     
    NEXT you will submit your application for review (details to right).  When your club has been approved, you will be allowed to select your meeting day and time.

    SUBMISSION of APPLICATION

     

    You will have two options for submitting your proposal: 

     

    1) filling out the application linked above and submit in the On-line Form.     

     

    or 2) Complete the questions directly in  On-line Form.
