    Congratulations, you made it to the last week of the 1st quarter!! Woo hoo!! This is a 4 day week as your first day of trackout is Friday, October 1. You will track back in on Monday, October 25.


    This week you are in PE and will be playing ultimate frisbee. This will finish up our throwing/catching unit. We will be outside everyday this week as it is looking to be perfect fall weather!

  • Health: September 20-24

    This week in health we will be focusing on STRESS! The end of the quarter can be a very stressful time, so we will learn how to combat that stress in a positive way. 


    Friday is also The Day of AWESOMENESS! What a great way to end our week & unit on stress than on such a fun day as this!

  • Fitness: September 13-17

    This week in fitness you will be participating in different fitness tests and challenges. Weather permitting, we'll be outside. 


    Friday is picture day! I will only see my elective 1 classes on Friday and will have you for both elective periods. We will be taking our pictures first and then leaving the gym for an outdoor activity.

  • PE: September 7-10

    We are in PE this week focusing on flag football! We'll play flag tag and have a mini flag football tournament.  Come dressed for activity & have a water bottle. Weather permitting, we'll be outside.
