I’m proud to be a third-grade teacher at Sanford Creek Elementary School, where I get to inspire and learn alongside my students every day. Over the past 27 years, I’ve taught everything from pre-K to third grade, homeschooled my own children, and led a national nonprofit dedicated to ending food insecurity.

Outside the classroom, I’m a wife and mom to three amazing kids who are out in the world making a difference. I love cooking, gardening, reading, traveling - especially if I get to put my toes in the ocean. I’m a loyal Philadelphia sports fan, which means I’ve mastered the art of cheering loudly and handling heartbreak with grace.
