Check all of your professor's syllabi. Also, go to My Pack Portal for a list of needed materials.

My professor wants me to order online materials that are not AI or WebAssign. What do I do?

First, make an account with the online provider. Usually you will have a two-week trial period like AI & WebAssign. Then, contact the front desk so they may direct you to the person that may help you order this online access.

Where did my AI or WebAssign Access go after the two week trial?

Did you order it before the deadline? If not, you will need to purchase it yourself.

If you did order access, try clearing your history and cache. If this still doesn't work, contact the front office.
