Wake STEM ECHS Campus Parking Information
Student Drivers: Students must get a parking pass from the office by turning in a completed parking pass request form. Please see the office for this form.Juniors Driving: Juniors must submit the form that is on the STEM ECHS website with all the required information accepting the terms of the privilege of driving to and from school. Students will then be issued a parking tag that MUST be displayed on their dashboard whenever they are on campus. Juniors will be allotted parking spaces in the parking lot located 0.2 miles northeast of the Cherry Building off Barbour Drive, in the lot below the NCSU. You are not allowed to park in the visitors parking spaces to the right of the Cherry Building, nor the staff parking spaces in front of the Cherry Building.Seniors and Super Seniors Driving: Upper classmen who choose to drive to the Cherry Building only, will follow the expectations set forth for Juniors. Please note that the last bus from NCSU to the Cherry Building leaves Witherspoon at 2:00pm, so if you have classes at NCSU which run past this time, you must find your own way to your vehicle. Seniors have the option of purchasing a parking pass from NCSU and parking in the Varsity lot. Upon parking, students are expected to ride the Wolfline Transportation to the campus for their classes.Student Driver Behavior: Student drivers are to behave in a responsible manner when operating a vehicle. If a teacher or staff member witnesses any reckless acts of any student driver, the student’s parking pass can be revoked, immediately. Student drivers are not allowed to loiter in the parking lot after school is over. Students are to be off campus by 2:30pm if they are not staying for any afterschool activities.
NC State University Parking Information
Students planning to purchase a Varsity Lot parking permit can apply for a permit at https://ncsu.aimsparking.com/ beginning on July 30th at 10:00 am.
The cost of the Varsity Permit is $100 per semester.
What you need to purchase a NC State Parking Permit:
- Unity ID.
- Unity password.
- Vehicle make, model and year.
- License plate number.
- No unpaid tickets.
- Permit type you wish to purchase.
- Debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Will I receive a permit?
All parking permits are virtual. Once you have placed your order for a permit your credentials to park will be effective on the date specified on your receipt. The permit is based on your license plate number. The permit cannot be transferred to other cars or license plates.
How long are permits valid?
Student permits are sold on a semester basis (exceptions: EV, RH,GL,M – annual permits). Permits are not auto-renewed, students will receive an email notification with instructions to renew their current parking prior to Spring semester.
