We are in full swing for second semester and want to remind students to attend school regularly which helps with learning and understanding.
Curriculum Fair and Meet the Teacher Night – This Thursday, February 6th is our Curriculum night and Meet the Teacher Night. Please click on this link for details. Our staff will host break-out sessions for rising 9th graders, Career & College Promise at WTCC, Academy for Construction & Design Careers, and many clubs will hosting tables of information.
PROM - This year’s prom is March 15th. Please click the link below for details on date, location, and ticket information. We will also place this information on our school website.

Student Services
On the first day of the new semester students went to homeroom and watched a video regarding course registration for the 25-26 school year. They also received a credit detail sheet (fall 24 final grades and credits were not yet finalized yet) and a grade level course selection sheet. Please check out the Student Services Registration Website for all registration needs. The videos they watched are also linked below. We encourage parents/guardians to watch as well.

Counselors are not changing students’ schedules as all requests should have been submitted at the start of the school year. Counselors are only making changes based on restarting students in courses they failed or balancing class sizes. If a student MUST talk to a counselor about their schedule, it MUST be through email.
The SECU- People Helping People Scholarship is now active on the Scholarship calendar. The due date is 2/21. If students or parents are SECU members they may qualify for this $10,000 scholarship.
The Trentini scholarship is also now active. Students can find the application on the Trentini website. Note that the due date is 2/28. This is one $30,000 scholarship and 5 $1000 scholarships for students attending 4-year college and 1 $1000 scholarship for students attending trade/2 year/community college.
PTSA
Curriculum Fair/Meet the Teacher is on February 6th. We are providing a Staff Meal before the event -donations and help is needed! Staff Meal We would love for anyone to stop by our table to say hello during the Fair!
