Student Services News
Student services will not have a schedule correction process for 2nd semester as all corrections should have been submitted at the start of the year. If a student feels that a correction is NEEDED for the below reasons, they can EMAIL their counselor. We do not have many open courses so students should not be requesting to change electives unless they do not have the prerequisite.
- Level Error (Examples: Honors to AP, Beginning to Intermediate)
- Sequence Error (Examples: Spanish 2 before 1, Intermediate before beginning, in Math 2 but failed Math 1)
- Hole Error (Example: Missing a class, no 1st period class)
- Taken the Course Before Error (example: In math 1 and have already passed it)
- Graduation Requirement Error [12th graders only] (Example: Plan to attend 4-year college and need a foreign language, missing a core class needed)
Students that have late arrival NEED to pick up their late arrival pass on the first day of the semester at the attendance office. Reminder that students with late arrive need to come with enough time to park, walk to the front of the building, show your late arrival pass, and be to class on time.
