Test Optional Colleges and Universities (not all inclusive list)
Note: These are schools that have reached out to AHS to provide this information. Many additional schools may be test-optional. Please check with schools directly to inquire if they are test-optional as well as if their prior test-optional status may have changed.
The University of Alabama at Birmingham is test optional through Fall 2024!Pomona College is test optional for those applying to enter in 2022, 2023 and 2024!Colgate University has made submission of supplemental questions, official standardized testing scores, and high school senior grades optional for all applicants applying in 2021, 2022, and 2023!Drexel University is still test optional (as of 9/2022). Early Decision/Early Application is due 11/1/22, Regular Decision is due 1/15/23.Columbia University is extending our test-optional policy for all applicants to Columbia College or Columbia Engineering, effective for entrance in Fall 2024 and beyond. -
