Students wishing to leave class are responsible for obtaining a hall pass from their teacher. The pass must be visible at all times and readily available for examination by school personnel. Only passes with a destination, date and time and signed by a teacher will be valid. Restroom passes are only valid for restrooms on the floor listed on the pass.

Hall passes are required for any student in the halls while classes are in session. Any student in the halls without valid a hall pass will be referred back to class. Subsequent violations will be referred to administration for disciplinary action. Students are not allowed to leave any class during the last 10 minutes of the period unless specifically requested and permission is provided by a teacher of other staff member (administrator, counselor etc).

NOTE: Color-coded (per floor) bathroom and hall passes will be used.
