    2024-25 Approved Club List

    Posters/Flyers must be pre-approved by Mr. Hall. Please email an exact picture of the design and relevant meeting information to Mr. Hall. Also, leave a printed copy in the main office for admin approval.

    Upon approval, posters/flyers may be posted on the locker bay or stairwell bulletin boards, any classroom that teacher allows, and submit to the Leadership media class for posting on the scrolling announcement.  All postings on the bulletin boards must be with staples only.  Please do not post on school walls, doors/door windows, or columns. Your faculty sponsor can help with the morning announcements process. (limited to interest/first meetings only). All posters/flyers must be removed within two days after the meeting takes place.  Failure to do so may result in not being able to post in the future.  


    At this time, all approved club proposals from fall submissions  have been added to the Approved Club list 2024-25.

    Club proposals may not have been approved  for one or more of the following reasons: (not exhaustive list) 

    -Club purpose too broad or generic

    -Club sponsor missing or club sponsor conflict

    - Club lack of interest ( required 10 or more)

    -Club is similar to an existing approved club

    -Club does not meet on school campus or school hours

    -Club does not have a viable/relative community service component

    -Safe School space and/or resources are not able to support club activities 

    -Clubs cannot be a fundraising group.
