• Request transcripts and student records online

Transcripts are not available for students in Infinite Campus. Senior transcripts that are not sent through Common App or CFNC must be ordered through ScribOrder. Our registrar processes transcripts through ScribOrder. When a student orders a transcript for their own use, the registrar will email that unofficial transcript to the student's email address, not a parent's address.

    How to Request transcripts

    • Sending transcripts on Common App: Students need to link their assigned counselor in Common App, even if the college/university doesn't require a counselor letter of recommendation. Counselors upload school reports (which includes the transcript and school profile).

    • Sending transcripts on CFNC: Students applying to colleges through CFNC need to request transcripts through the Application Hub  on CFNC.org.

    • All other transcript requests - ScribOrder:  All transcripts ordered through ScribOrder by current students are free and will be emailed to the student, organization, or college.

Students get three free transcripts; any additional orders after that must be accompanied by a payment. Please do not order transcripts just to check a GPA or rank; ask your counselor for that information, and we will provide it to you.

    Sending SAT,ACT, & AP Scores

Colleges and universities must receive SAT and ACT scores directly from www.collegeboard.com or www.act.org. AP Scores also need to be sent directly from the College Board. Student Services does not send any SAT, ACT, or AP test scores to colleges or universities.

Records for Students transferring to another school

If you are an enrolling school or district requesting records for a K-12 student transferring from WCPSS, you must submit your request online.

Since June 1, 2019, all official records requests must be made using the K–12 Transfer system. We no longer accept requests by fax, phone, email, or mail.

There is no fee for K–12 schools or districts to request records.
