National Junior Honor Society

  • National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding middle school students.  More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character.

    How do I join NJHS?
Students must meet GPA requirements, complete an application, and submit a letter of recommendation before being accepted to NJHS. Once accepted, students will be formally inducted in a NJHS ceremony.

    How often does NJHS meet?
Meeting dates for the 2025-26 school year are TBD.

    Are there any NJHS competitions?
No. NJHS is not a competition-based organization.
