Parking and Lunch Passes

    • Parking information for the 2023-2024 school year
      • Parking passes for the upcoming school year will go on sale in late July or early August.  We will post those dates here once they have been determined.
      • The parking application is updated in early July each year.  We will post that here once the district has confirmed whether or not there will be any changes to the cost of parking spaces
      • We will follow this process for the sale of passes.  
        • Seniors - We will send out a Google Form to seniors, on July 7th, and all seniors that wish to purchase a parking space will need to fill it out.  Students will need to be logged in to their WCPSS account to fill out the form.  We have never sold out to seniors before, but if we were to have more seniors to show interest in a space, than we have spaces for, we would enter all names into a program to randomly select names and would notify those students of their ability to purchase a space.  Seniors will only come to purchase a space if you receive an email confirming you are able to purchase one. 
        • Juniors - We will send a separate form to Juniors, also on July 7th, and any juniors interested in purchasing a space will fill out this form.  Students will need to be logged in to their WCPSS account to fill out the form.  After we sell spaces to seniors, we will enter all names into a program to randomly select names and will notify those students of their ability to purchase a space.  We will not notify Juniors of their ability to purchase a space until after Seniors have physically picked up their passes.  Juniors will only come to purchase a space if you receive an email confirming you are able to purchase one. 
        • We will utilize student email accounts for all communication.  It is imperative that students begin checking their WCPSS Student email on July 7th.

    • Please note a few important reminders:
      • Junior and Senior dues, as well as any outstanding fines, will need to be paid in order for you to be able to apply for a parking pass.  Class dues will be uploaded to Powerschool in July and will show as a fine/fee.  You should be able to see any outstanding dues, fines or fees in your Powerschool account.  All dues, fines and fees can also be paid through the Online Payment System.  More information can be found here - https://www.wcpss.net/domain/3799
      • If Holly Springs High School is not your base school, and you return to school here, you are responsible for providing your own transportation and bus service will not be provided.  Having another school as your base school does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase a parking pass.
      • If you plan to attend classes at Wake Tech, you are responsible for providing your own transportation.  Participating in classes at Wake Tech does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase a parking pass.  
      • If you plan to have late arrival and/or early dismissal built into your schedule, you must be able to provide transportation to and/or from campus.  Having late arrival and/or early dismissal does not guarantee you will be able to purchase a parking pass.  
      • You must have a valid NC Driver License at the time you purchase a parking pass.  This is a district policy.  If you are planning to obtain your driver license after the start of the school year, we will only be able to sell you a parking pass if we have parking spaces available at that time.

    You can pay for your lunch pass through the Online School Payment system.  
     
    We have completed all of our summer sales dates for lunch passes.  Lunch pass sales will be processed in the Student Services office.
