Mrs. Baldwin is a K-5 Instructional Facilitator and Literacy Coach for LES. She also serves as our Testing Coordinator. 

Warmest greetings! I grew up in Wake Forest, NC and graduated from Appalachian State.  Reluctantly, I came back home to teach but fell in love with Raleigh as an adult. That's right - I am WCPSS graduate! I have my licensure in Elementary Education K-6 and as a Reading Specialist K-12. I have worked as a classroom teacher, an interventionist, and currently, as a Literacy Coach and Instruction Facilitator. I have worked for WCPSS since I graduated college and I am proud to call LES my home! 

My husband and I have three kids - Knox, Rosalie, and Harry.  We spend most of our time chasing and carting kids and cleaning up messes - I'm living in that truth - "the days are long, but the years are short."
