Hello! My name is Kimberly Guza, and I am the Academically and Intellectually Gifted (AIG) teacher at Leesville Elementary.  This is year marks my 8th year at Leesville and 16th year in education in Wake County.  I have taught fourth, fifth, and sixth grades as well as developed a school-wide critical thinking/social skills program.  I graduated from Hanover College with a degree in Elementary Education and am certified in K-12 Gifted Education.

 

I am excited to continue to grow the Leesville AIG Program!  I am very passionate about fostering a love and excitement for learning in an engaging environment of creativity, collaboration, problem solving, and encouragement. 

 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons.  We love sports, baking, playing games, and exploring the outdoors as a family.
