2025 Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar - For Sophomores Only - Applications are now being accepted. Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) seminar motivates and develops future leaders through a program designed exclusively for high school sophomores. The location of the seminar is TBA. The HOBY Leadership Seminar is an excellent opportunity to learn powerful leadership skills by interacting with dynamic leadership instructors and like-minded students from across the state. WECIB will select one student to attend the seminar. Application link
